Fantastic West Bay Beach location (5 minute walk).

Casa Familia has recently renovated all bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen (December 2024)The deck is large (about 1000 sq ft). , fully screened wrap around deck with outdoor furniture, hammocks and grill. Perfect place to avoid flying pests at night. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. Some foldable at the house and some larger ones closer to the public access.

Guests of Casa Familia enjoy special discounts at Gula restaurant (beside Henry Morgan) great Italian food and wine selection (great quality at very reasonable prices). Arrange reservations through our property manager to enjoy the discounts. There is also discounts available for their daily beach club pass. Also nearby Casa Familia guests can enjoy complementary beach chairs at Beachers Restaurant (with drink or food purchase small charge on tues - Thursday- cruise ship times ). We have a golf cart on site, available for $10 per day or $50 per week. Cannot be used to travel on the main road just our local community. Enquire about availability at time of booking, pay at the property. please note that the cart is not a part of the rental, if for some reason it is not working we do not have a replacement readily available. All guests using the cart are responsible for any potential damage while in possession. As of March 24, 2024 the pool will be exclusive to casa guests only. Casa Familia

The Villa @ Casa Familia - Very large, 1 BR/1BA guesthouse with exclusive pool.Guests of the casa have full access to the main house, beach , pool and palapa area. Guests can access the utility room for laundry machines, please make arrangements with the local property manager to get access.We will typically not be at the property we have a local property manager to greet and be available for guests.We are a very short (2-3 minute) walk to the heart of West Bay Beach (between Argentinian Grill and Henry Morgan Resort. We have direct access to West Bay Beach.Dive shop in the neighborhood. Nice quiet location but close to all the amenities.You can have the bustle of the beach or the quiet of the neighborhood, your choice.Parking on-site. Easy walk to West Bay Beach. The beach is literally at the end of our short street, no roads to cross.water taxi to West End available at several docks along West Bay. Many car rental places on the island that we can refer you to, We can also refer services for airport pickup (includes grocery stop).We ask and expect that if guests happen to be sharing the pool or beach area with other guests that they will be respectful of the others who are enjoying the space.Quiet time between 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
